#1 Level-3 Member Paul Foulston   Perkins HT6.354 was made that way. Biggest flaw is the sea water cooled exhaust manifold, however this applies to vertical motors also, exept on HT motors all hidden from view. Very old iron now.....

#1 Level-1 Member Tom   It would take a lot of money, far more than the boat is worth. I´d guess about $50 - 60k minimum by the time you do all fuel syatems, struts and shafts. For that money you could find a very nice newer.....
