I have being experiencing high manifold and engine temperatures on my portside engine. c-18 100hp
at 1800 rpm 190 degrees on the engine and 92 on manifold
at 1850 rpm 199 degrees ..... |

I plan on replacing the fuel filters on 45 Cabo. The boat has two primary RACORS per engine and Secondary on the engine. The Racors have a fuel shut off valve which can either shut one or the other ..... |

Running at 1200RPM@700ºC
Running at 1800RPM@800ºC
At night the manifold becomes red. |

I just bought a boat with C-18s. It has several level indicators cut into the dipstick. Exactly how much, with a full oil filter, does this motor hold? I´ve been told 13 gallons. Is that correct? |

We just brought a pair of new Tier 2 C-18 CATS into the shop that we will be installing over then next few months.. Rated at 479HP at 1800 RPM, one will replace a DDC 12-71 and the other a 3408 CAT..... |

We have many hours on are C-18 cats.Can and is there any decarb agents we could use for cleaning the cylinders and exhaust for less problems in the future. |
