Level-1 Member Schizoman   I have a coolant leak at the circulating pump on my 6V92. It seems to be leaking from the leak hole indicating that the pump needs servicing. What kind of a job is it to remove the pump, also appx how.....

#1 Level-2 Member Mds   Generally when the pump is due for replacement then the hoses, clamps, thermostats, etc are due. 9 out of 10 times the hoses need to be replaced connecting the pump to the heat exchanger, oil cooler, .....

Guest Reckless   Do marine heat exchangers have a radiator cap like a car radiator? what mechanism is there to relieve the pressure? ive seen some diesel exchangers online that dont seem to have a "cap"

Level-1 Member Mako23   My Perkins has an hose running from under the heat exhanger cap to the bilge as an over flow...I have noticed that I do lose some coolant after a day of running it and I assume that hose is the culp.....
