My neighbors dash Volt meter is reading pegged above 16v when the engine is reved up. At idle it shows 14.5. Normally I would not care about the volt meter, but the little fireboy shutdown / exting..... |

The specs at 32F on a 12V battery is 1800 MCA (Marine cranking amps at 32F) and that is the highest MCA a 8D battery at 1825 MCA and 134 pounds (Marine Master, Deka). I have a 8D but not at that MCA ..... |

I may need to replase my house bank 2 4Ds. Does anybody know anything about Deka AGM SEA MATE battery its priced better than some. Can buy from none marine dealer source. Thanks for any feed back |
