I have had two intake valves fail in the past 9 months. Both were the original 1 keeper design. All valves in that engine now replaced with the new 4 keeper design.

Does anyone have the actual MAN specs for the 10Cyl 2840LXE 820hp Exhaust Temperature. I´d like to know temp at particular RPM and what ambient and water temp that is at.

The boat will only turn 2225 rpms at WOT with load. In neutral it will turn up above 2300. Just had all fuel filters changed, new air filters & bottom cleaned. Props are 28x39 4 blade nibral and they ..... |
