Are the rear main seals a weak spot on these engines. I just bought the boat. The previous owner says he did the seals about five years ago. |

have made the decision to repower the 454s . but am not prepared to do props shafts exhaust . I do not want the old performance ie 20 knots. at 25 gals ...don´t use it now. I want 15 knots on th..... |

I just finish repowering a 25´ chris craft from 454/330 hp to 285 hp Volvo Kamd300A diesel[used]. I had a 17X23.4 on the 454, the prop calculator on this site came up with 17X20 for the volvo...... |
