Level-1 Member Onarampage   I found that my overheating problem was bring caused by a bad valve seat that was damaged by a leaking aftercooler. It seems that the salt water damaged the valve seats allowing the gasses to escape .....

Guest Kevin   I have 2007 CAT C7 engines in my boat and just had a head gasket fail. Has anyone else had head gasket problems with the C7. The engine never ran over 205 degrees, so it´s not an overheating problem.

Guest Jim   I had new C7´s (455hp) installed two years ago in a Tiara 40. They have been chronically difficult to start. The engines always start, but they often stutter and then die and then the next tim.....

Level-1 Member Galileo   I have twin c7 engines on my boat but shows diffeent consumption rate. The starboard engine shows at least 2 gallons per hour more at any speed than the port engine. The props were already checked by .....
