- ORDER PROCESSING: When you have finished selecting items, make sure you've completed the Customer fields. The button will initially show [Update >>] until the fields have been validated when it will change to [Next >>]. Pressing [NEXT >>] will direct you through our Secure Server to complete the order by supplying your billing and shipping information. You may cancel the order at any time duing this process.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION: Processing is automatic. If the transaction is approved you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of completion.
- MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION: Membership is activated automatically and immediately upon completion of the transaction. New accounts will be allocated a password which can be changed to something more meaningful once you logon.
- MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS: Exisiting members should first logon then the system can correctly calculate your new expiry date. If membership is still current then you'll qualify for a Loyalty Bonus and it will be extended by 14 months, otherwise your 12 months will start from today.
- BOOK SHIPPING: We use Priority Mail for US orders. International orders are sent via Air Mail unless Global Priority Mail delivers to your location. The cost of the most suitable shipping method is calculated if you input the shipping address.
- RETURNS: Books returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover our handling and card processing costs. Shipping is non-refundable. Please email orders@boatdiesel.com for a Return ID.
